Description: The scheme proposes the retention of the façade of the existing chapel. The shell of the chapel will be rebuilt, and within this B1 space is proposed to the front half of the shell and at basement level with residential units at the rear. The original schemes included roof terraces at third floor level but the roof profile has been amended to a traditional pitched roof with eaves to front & rear.
