Description: The new proposal comprises a gabled, rectangular building placed equidistant between the two Purifier Houses. The form of the building reinforces a rhythm of warehouse buildings set orthogonal to the harbour. The heart of the site, once occupied by the gasholder, becomes a courtyard garden around which the new and listed structures are allowed to co-exist.
